Do I need a Union Bank account to create an EON account?

I've heard that EON's could be used to verify PayPal accounts. I've already entered my BDO accout so I was sondering if I need to create a Union Bank to get an EON account...thanks

hello there. EON is only for unionbank. yes, you have to have apply at the unionbank to get eon.
