Has anyone heard anything about the drug called CLARITY1? In the July/August, 2009 issue of Action Magazine, there is a one-page article about it. It has already "passed" the phase I and II trials, and it shows promise of being highly effective. It is "owned" by Merck Serono. According to the article, for more information, visit www.marckserono.com or www.merck.de for more detailed information. I just wanted to be sure anyone interested in Multiple Sclerosis is aware of it! I myself, who has had MS for over 20 years, plan to call my neurologist today! Since I've been giving myself Intra-Muscular shots for over ten years, taking a tablet sounds absolutely awesome!

I hope it does get official approval. From all I've read of it, ALL the results are extremely promising! I'm almost ready to tell my neuro to sign me up right away!

Then there is an oral called "LIQUINAMOD" coming on the market very soon. It is made by Teva who makes Copaxone daily injectables. Apparently it is tolerated by more, and more effective. Anyone knowing more, please contribute.
