Do you think google adsense is worth it?

I have a google adsense account, and have used it on some blogs, and xomba. In about 2 months worth of time I have finally gotten about 32 dollars. I have put in many hours of work, probably days worth. My only goal is to reach that 100.00 mark so I can get something out of my time. Then I just hope that my articles still make money down the road.
