how good are you at cooking? would you want to be a chef? well i would love to be a chef but it seems too complicated. i love working with my hands but i'm not that great in the kitchen i love to help though. so i might not be a chef professional but i could be a assistant part time. i tried to find a cooking camp this year but too expensive. and i'm ok at cooking. and i can cook corn bread better than my mom but i'm not sure than everyone else. and i can cook mini corn dogs really well and pankcakes from scratch o so good.

I'm torn, to be honest. I love to cook and I would love to be a chef. The work involved would be worth it in the end, I think. On the other hand, I'd hate to ever feel like cooking is work. I don't want to come home from work and not feel like cooking. Cooking is very relaxing to me, I don't want that to go away. I think one of my best dishes is lime-cilantro chicken. It's spectacular, especially when I can grill it over some nice apple wood chips.

Nothing is easy in life. Every dream and ambition requires hardwork, persistency, courage and sacrifice. The important thing is that you must first have a passion for what you do or what you dream to be. If your dream is to be a chef and a good chef, you would have to seek out ways to get there. Although professional training would be good, trying out new recipes on your own to see if you would really love the life of a chef would be a good start. You might also want to see the type of food and cruisines that you have a passion for which will also play a part in the dream and path that you pursue. I am not much of a cook but I have developed a passion in cooking over the recent years. I love the adventure of trying new recipes. Am I any good? Well, my wife seemed to think so and to me, that is more than the world. The latest recipe I've tried is panna cotta, an Italian Custard desert. Tiramisu is next on the list.....
