Guys using girls as thier pics

yeah...this is true...but my profile picture is just one of my art works...how is it?

From my experience of this same phenomenon on World of Warcraft (yes, I am a geek) I hear that it is because most guys would rather look at pictures of a chick than of a dude.

to attract more guys to their pages/sites...i noticed that this is usually the case in network site like multiply, friendster and tagged...for popularity, maybe, i dunno

well i think they just want to gain attension and nothng else

It may be odd, but think of all the guys who play video games online that have female characters and let people think they are a female. I think that is even weirder.

Well they are guys...so enough said...lol. However they may be hiding thier own identity..or they are just perverts....creepy...etc....

i'm guilty of this coz i used kokopelli who's a male flute-player, but nothing odd or weird here, i just like him :) about hiding my face, isn't it obvious? hehe. you hide yours too in your pic anyway. well, i simply like the mystery :)

here at mylot guys r in majority so may be they wanna attract other guys by it.

I just assumed it was because they liked looking at the pic themselves. Their 'pin up' pic kind of thing.

the only time i think it not them hiding their face is when they have a picture of their wife or girlfriend on, i know this is the case with my picture right now, i am female but i really love this picture of my son and husband so i put it on for a few days because i enjoy seeing it, but guys just putting some random girls face on their avator, oh ya definetly kinda weird

well thats too attract much attention especially if the girl is beautiful and more comments

it sounds weird but its that is what some guys think..they want and wish to be feel like a women..they may behave normally but they have a inner desire to be a women..they have some effeminate desires..its a bit complex to explain why do they do so..but it happens..

i guess its all to attract attention and increase the number of responses to their discussions. but sad for these guys/gays as people are getting wiser and can make out things much sooner.
