Unable to update payment information

Hi all. I just recently came back to myLot after a year of having been away. In looking to update my stuff, I came across an irking error: the update button for "payment information" wasn't there! Does anyone know how to solve this? Or will I have to get a new account? Or, what?

Oh good. I thought it was something specifically to do with me. I posted some inappropriate content on another screen name about a year ago, and it was quite reasonably deleted. However, in starting this new account, I found I could do everything except update my payment information. I even used someone else's computer to make a new account, but to no avail. I thought it was something to do with the other account, but apparently it's not, then. ^_^ Good (or bad?) to know.
