Seems like it's taken so long to get here. I know it will be a few hours of boring paperwork, but I am prepared.
...I just cannot wait until it's all over and all the moving is done! I am excited!

Cool, start doing some wrist exercises tonight. Remember this, if you get an uneasy feeling in your gut you can always walk away. I learned that lesson the $200,000 way.
