Are you experiencing a drought?

We are in the middle of a major drought where I live at the moment. There are currently strong water restrictions and things like that to help deal with the lack of rain. It got me wondering if this is part of a widespread global warming problem, so who else is living somewhere that is experiencing something like this?

Here in the Philippines during the month of february up to june now has still seldom to have rain. The temperature here is very high than before. I gues so that it is due to global warming and I do hope that every body should consider this in order to equalize the temperature of nature.Maybe a study of global warming should be inform globally by all heads of the government. It is a big problem of all nation to consider. Its a welfare of the people and not a few individual. Dont wait for a time that nature will wholy affected. So everyone of us should do each contribution in order to eradicate this problem.
