Cellphone or PC??

just wondering if what people will choose of this 2 important things..for me i would choose Cellphone because whenever i am in this world i can contact my love one's or family without internet connection unlike PC u can stay only at home if u dont have laptop,sometimes it can be slow connections..
for you what is the most important cellphone or PC(personal computer)??

can i choose both?
truly a cellphone (cp) is near to a basic need since it provides convenience to us for communicating to our loved ones. but as a student like me, i think i also need a pc for our projects because it also gives me great help and make my work easier with regards to projects in school when i'm using a pc.
