I come from a hilly state but i am still very uncomfortable travelling on the winding roads of the hilly region.I get dizzy, headache, uncomfortable and puke too.Either i hve to take a tablet an hr prior to travel and sleep off.So although i want to visit new places ,i get scared of my health condition cos it takes me time to recover. What @ u? do u enjoy the drives along the hills or are apprehensive like me??

hi, your problem is pretty common, i also get dizzy on such roads when the journey is long, the best thing is to try and fall asleep if the journey is long, though you will not be able to enjoy the scenic beauty of the place while crossing it but you can save yourself from getting that sick feeling..... i have done that and the journey goes comfortable, just lay your head back and close your eyes and that feeling doesn't come.... one day i was watching discovery channel, they were showing about this problem, why people get this feeling while travelling on such road, caused by dispute between the visually percieved movement and your sense your movement...
