I lost mine before marriage, but I wish I would have waited, my husband says the same thing. In the United States, it isnt too common that people are both virgins once they marry. It definitely makes it more special if they are virgins, but it happens less and less often these days. Mine wasn't special, not really, and I thought I really loved the person, but I didn't. So yeah, does that explain it? haha

Virginity was never something that I was that concerned about, and neither was my husband. When I was in a Catholic highschool a teacher tried to say that virginity was like an unblemished rose, and that losing virginity to someone other than one's spouse was like a petal plucked from the rose everytime. I was not going to let religious people put scary ideas in my head, so I ignored that analogy. Husband and I both agree that virginity, or lack thereof, is not a big deal.

I agree with safejunk's response that's how I was raised and I actually understand this point of view so I didn't feel forced to stay a virgin and it wasn't hard for me to keep my virginity until I got married either when it comes to man I don't give too much thinking about it in fact I'd rather him experienced lol so he knows how to treat a woman in bed and not too aggressive hurting me instead it's a lot to do with culture, upbringing and personality even in my culture and upbringing there are girls that can't hold on until marriage but in my case, I believed it to be worth it and yes I lost it to the right man, my husband of course :) he is experienced and he doesn't come from the same culture, so he didn't expect me to be a virgin. But when he knew I was, he respected it. because I made a promise to myself and I kept it.

Oh! That's Indeed Quite A Love Story .. But Like you Said Men Won't know How to Treat A Woman In Bed .. But I Thought Women Love teaching .. LoL .. Loving A Lady is A Learning Process Forever .. Because A Man Can Hurt A Lady Without his Knowledge .. The Lady Sometimes thinks The Man Is Aware of his Mistake .. While Actually He's Not .. To Love Different Women is Not Easy .. Ask Your Man He Will Make that Clear For you .. Good You Did Keep Your Virginity Till Marriage ..
