Sometimes I get up early and I will feel sleepy when it comes to the afternoon. My eyes could not open and I have many times doze off in front of my laptop. Taking an hour nap a day is perfect for restore my energy. Somehow I could not get the chance to take a nap in the week days as I have to work. Hence I will only nap on weekends. My kids take their nap everyday and how about you? Do you take your nap ?

Doctors said that taking half an hour nap everyday after lunch is good for your health. I tried to do that, but sometimes i can, because have to work. And we only have 1 hour break for lunch. But i love naps. I think sleeping is one of the most beautiful things to relax myslef. Happy mylotting!

Hi Vivian, Yeah, I think a short nap is good enough to recharge our energy to continue the rest of the daily routine. I read an article about Japanese use up their lunch hour just for napping . I always feel more refresh after a short nap. So it is better to take a nap a day. Hope you are still active in Mylot.

I will take a nap at least for about 30 mins everyday when my boy is sleeping. I just need to re-charge my energy aftr taking care my boy whole morning. Sometimes I can even sleep longer in the afternoon if I really feel tired...probably for about 2 hrs.

you are such a lucky mummy, can have nap together with your boy. I am busy everyday with my 2 kids. Once they are taking nap, I would rush to go for work or busy with the house works. Hence I hardly get to have nap on weekdays.

Deep sleep at night is the best for everybody.I think only 7-8 hours enough. When you recess time at working you should nap, don't try to wake if your body want to nap.

Thank you for sharing here, I have 7-8 hours sleep everyday. But once I get to bed late, I find out the next morning I would be rather tired.

Yes I do take my nap once awhile if I'm wake up very early in the morning. This is really a precious time for all stay-at-home mum, unlike those working mum, they couldn't really do so. A short 20 to 30 minutes cat nap is enough for me to boost my energy for the rest of the day. If nap too long I got dfficulty to sleep tight at night.
