is that simple way go to photos tab or go to preferences tab and upload you photos.

What do you mean? Your primary photo? Simply go to "photos" tab. Browse for your picture to where it is located. Fill in the fields in order directly upload you photo. Do not forget ti fill in the fields. Hope it helps.
