Interviewer Questions:

Okay right so one i know might be asked is: What is your biggest weakness? And the answer i'm planning on using is - "Sometimes i'm too organized," If they ask "What do you mean too organized?" What should my response be? :s How would YOU respond?

I have had these problems also...and I've had the same weakness...being totally too organized. My response has always been, "It can take up valuable time, when I can be achieving more for the company, then spending my time organizing. This is something that I am working on." I have no idea if it is a response they like, because most often they don't give you feed back. What else is knew....do you really think employers would help us out...HA! We are expected to go thru the mill in their interviews, but they don't have the decency to give us feedback when we don't get the job.

You said it, lol. I would just say "I don't know, I just have to MAKE SURE the job is done, and it better be neat." That's literally what I would probably say, but it's your question, you should answer it from the heart.
