If you could have one wish granted - what would you wish for?

What if a genie came to you and told you that you could wish for anything you could ever dream of, but only once? You would only have one wish and would have to carefully consider what you would like to happen.
What would you wish for?
This is a very hard question, as it is not so much a question of CHOOSING one thing, but rather NOT CHOOSING many wonderful things in favor for your one wish.
I think I would wish for a the ability to make plants grow, or the ability to heal or something similar. What would you wish for?

I would wish for just engouh money to go back home to Iowa and be around my grandchildren and family enghouh to buy a house and start my own child care bussiness.

I would probably wish for the ability to control mother nature and somehow get the ability to make things grow at a rapid rate. I would then plant a bunch of seeds in a place that needed trees, plants, etc. Then I would make it rain there and then the stuff would rapidly grow to a good size and be healthy. Then maybe I would use these abilities to grow back some rainforests that are being chopped down. I would also let it rain in places that really need the water.
