I am looking at houses. Trying to find one to buy before DEC. Does anyone have any advice for me to consider to get the best for my buck?

Buying a house is one of the biggest things you can do in your life so you need to have all you want in a house so the best thing to do is sit down and make a list in what you really do want, next time I buy a house privacy is going to be at the top of my list...I bought my house without really thinking, it is a small house but has two large house both sides and they are double story so i have no privacy what soever in my back yard...so that is something to think about...then I have a friend who moves a lot and before he buys he goes and sits in his car a few times out front to see what the neighbourhood is like and actually talks to neighbours he sees and asks questions about the neighbourhood, as lets face it the area you live in can make a difference to if you are going to be happy in your new home.....good luck with your house hunting...

Yea, I dont want to settle. Im trying to find that house to where I'm like I have to have this house but all of them so far are oh thats nice or oh I could live there. I am kind of picky though. I am wanting anywhere from .25 to 1 acre and split bedrooms so i think my realtor is getting tired of me, lol.

I think you will find a house and youwill know it is the house that you will be able to make your home, just have the list of very important things to you and the less important things on the list but you are willing to give up for the important things....

Buying a house is a big deal for most people. You'll have to consider the location, environment, quality, price, etc. Here we have to pay for the agency caring about the community routines. Their charges could vary greatly. If you have children, the availability of the social facilities matters a lot.

first of all when you find a house you like you should have someone go with you to inspect it to make sure it's worth the money that you are paying because you don't want any suprises after you buy it , always try to look at more than one house do your homework and see what the other houses in that area that are like the one you want to buy and then conpair it to the one you want to buy the research you do will help you out in the end.
