if you had a million bucks, would you spend it or save it?

I'll take some with me then save most of it. I'll probably spend it on shopping and food! Then treat my family and friends.Ü

Of course I must spend some...live life to the fullest. I will keep 40% in the Fixed Deposit (for rainy day, child education etc) the other 60% to be spend on a few category 1) 10% to help charity 2) 10% to invest in local stock market (the price are relatively cheap now!) 3) 20% invest on property (property price also drop already, time to buy) 4) 10% for holiday with family members, if they do not want to come along, give them some cash - up to them to spend on shopping etc. 5) 10% buy a new car (my current car is 17 years old)
