I want to be a tattoo artist. I have since I was 14 (almost 5 years now). And I know it's not exactly the brightest future (or at least most people seem to think so) but it's what I really want to do. However, it's kind of hard to go about a career in tattooing without help. I have no money to start on my own, and none of the shops will take me in because I'm a girl, because I have no tattoos yet, or because they have no room. But once again, I don't have enough money to get a tattoo or anything yet, and I'm not going to go out and get just anything just so I can get a job. I feel like no one takes me seriously, or if they do, I'm still not in. I've been to every shop in town, but there's always something. Are all tattoo artists jerks? Haha.
