Are electirc toothbrushes better than the Normal ones?

Hi All, Nowadays in market we have many types of toothbrushes such as electric ones, double sided toothbrush etc. With the advanced technology doctors have invented electric toothbrush which can remove plague levels more effectively then the normal tooth brushes. Is this true that electric toothbrushes are so much effective?

as long as you are properly using either tooth brushes i think it works good, though i am not really sure about the electric one, i haven't used it...

I have an oral- B electric toothbrush and I could say it works perfectly for me. It is 100 percent more effective than ordinary toothbrush since it leaves a cleaner and fresher feeling in my mouth!
