Anyone Heard of Socint? It's Supposed To Be A Social Site That Pays.

Stumbled on this an hour ago while browsing the net for new sidelines. I just joined and the premise is that the more active you are in the site, the more they pay you. Much like EZHippo, if I am correct in my assumption. I have not done a lot in the site, just read the FAQ and browsed the site features. I tried looking for a discussion here but nothing was tagged with Socint, so I decided to make this discussion.
So, anyone here a member yet? Do they really pay? Is it a fun place like myLot?
Let's here it from you guys. Makes it easier for everyone to wade through all these sites that pop up by the dozen every day. And I have already joined, so no sign up links please

i've heard nothing so far. it's what made me stay away, as well. after signing up i found out it has the same owner as AWSurveys.
oh well. on to looking for other more 'lucrative' opportunities

i also stumbled upon this site. and since as you said, the owners are related to AW surveys..then probably it's a scam site also. thanks for the advise.

There have been lots of discussions about it here lately and that has a familiar ring to it too. Usually when a site is promoted a lot on here the next bunch of discussions some time later are using that 4 letter word to describe it
Be careful

i haven't logged in again ever since i signed up!
it's because i found out they are owned by AWSurveys, which is the biggest scam site there is. oh well. on to other more important things.
Note to self: Take down the banner on your profile.

I have not heard of this one, but from my experience most of these sites never end up as Good as myLot so I usually steer clear of these type of sites. Overall I also like spending my time in only one site as well, but if this site ends up working for you and others this is good.

yeah, most of the other sites i joined end up vanishing into thin air, too. anyways, as i mentioned in my other comments, found out the owner of the site does not have a good reputation. so myLot is where i'm staying.

I remember joining this site sometime ago but have left it idle in preference for mylot. It is one of the newer social sites that sprouted out lately. I am doubtful on its strength as what happened to ezihippo. The site just disappear from the radar screen. But no harm in trying.

oh well, i guess their foundation is not good enough. i haven't logged in again at socint, though. heard they were owned by the same person from AWSurveys.

hello kayedanda,
No I haven't heard about that yet. Hope that one a legit or you will just waste all your effort, time and energy. Incase they really pay for their members, goodluck to you. Looking for a site that is legit and good is really hard. Need to try so we can prove they are one.

as it happens, i did a little research (stupid of me not doing it BEFORE signing up), and i found out its owner is the owner of a bunch of sites that are known scammers, so no thank you. i'm not coming back there again.

Unluckly nope T_T it would be great if it should work as mylot (i'm mylot addicted now, you know?) and i'm still a newby so i think i'm going to practise here for now and then try something different (if I can leave MyLot :D).

Yea, I'm a member too, but it takes sometime to rack up those points and it's points that enables you to join their 'raffle' for stuff including cash, an ipod, stuff like that..Although I have met a user who won the $10 prize, I'm still a long way from earning enough to join. You can join though and be active so you can reach points needed. Good luck ^_^

I stumbled on it on AW. survey site sometime ago. It looked interesting but, it seem to be somewhat like facebook or so. I didn't sign up however because, I was still think about the prospects of my friends that would actually join. Tell me how it works out for you and then maybe I will join.

I have no idea but if I join too many of them at once I will never make anything. It's prob best to stay focused on one. But yea if I hear that one pays more I will go to that one.
