Several days after being charge with many criticism with siding of drugs companies. President Arroyo, words on Friday that drug companies must voluntary cut their price or else they sign the resolution to force them to immediately cut down their price. If we analyze the words of the MalacaƱang it means that we are under the control of the investors. It seems that there is no law, that will be pass sometimes ago and sign it by the President itself to become. It should be implemented, that law about the cut price of drugs in the country. Why is that the President sign the "Medicine bills" if not enforce it's mandate. What is the purpose of the President to sign the BILLS, but fear to implemented it. What is the use of the bills, now? If not enforce by the government? What do you think about the enforceability of the bills, if the government itself have no plan to implement it? Did you agree about MalacaƱang Palace, reasons for not implementing the "cheaper medicine acts".

Shame for our government...here they are acting like being concern with Filipino citizen...!!!! Last week, what they have done with the FREE MEDICAL MISSION of AND DATING DAAN in cooperation with UNTV37 and PMPC.The PMPC ask ANG DATING DAAN to render their FREE MEDICAL MISSION to our countrymen in ANTIPOLO CITY last week. And on the very moment when the crew arrived at the location and setting up for the mission suddenly some police men and local government officials came and drive the caravan away. One citizen quoted " i voted for you last election(pointing a finger to one municipal official)shame on you,you are supposed to be the one doing this mission for your locality but you never done anything, now these people are rendering their services and you were driving them away"...is this the kind of government we had?

Do you still believe with BILL they were talking just blah blah blah for us people to think that they are doing something in their offices where they are just enjoying the comfort of it.Whilst poor countrymen are dying in hospitals emergency rooms due to lack of facilities/medicines and all the stuffs needed. I really hate what was happening in our country now.

Hello spoiledbrat Why we blame the Congress while the Executive department approve bills. If the president not approve the bills, or sign the bills how can in became a law? There are many advisers of the President know what the bills all about they should tell to the President not sign it because there is missing on the provisions. Did you mean that executive is not blame because the bills is not mandatory or the bills is not implemented? That's a good joke, my friend. We should blame the executive also because they sign the bills knowing that it is not mandatory and whether those persons or juridical persons that the bills acknowledge is fine? The executive should not approve that bills, if that is not mandatory because this is useless and waste of time... It is really not for the betterment of the masses they are doing in the government but their personal interest...

hello spoilebrat, They should all blame, my friend. Since you are familiar with the Law. Why it seems that you protected the executives about this bills that she sign in? I don't blame them if that bills is not stupid enough. Why signing it, if she know that is not compulsory and not mandatory. Did you mean that those people clamoring about this bills, don't read the bills and don't know particularly the provisions of this bills? As I read your response in the last part. It seems that you are familiar with the bills and those people clamoring is not familiar about it...?Why is that happen? Even the Author Mar Roxas, don't know particularly the provisions of this bills is not mandatory...
