Farmtown or Farmville?

I play both. I like different features of each one. For instance I like that I can earn gobs of coins on farmtown by going to the market and working on other farms when someone hires me. However I like the more user friendly interface of farmville. I have a much larger garden and over 35,000 coins at farmtown than the measily little garden and 18 coins I have at farmville. So do you play these games?

I haven't played it yet. My friends play Farmville and they send me invitations but I think you have to log on everyday in the game to keep your garden. I already have adopted a puppy and have now started lacking in logging into the application everyday. That's why I haven't played Farmville yet.

Same goes with Farm Town, and no, you don't have to log in everyday it depends how long your crops takes to be harvested. If you plant e.g. corn, it'll take 3 days so you can just come back in 3 days later before you harvest.

I play the FarmTown one on Facebook. I have a lot of fun playing it with some other friends I have on there. I've never checked out Farmville. I'm not sure I would want to keep doing two of them lol. (Besides, I live on a real farm, so that would definitely be brain-drain and over-kill hahaha)

I haven't played Farmtown; although, it sounds interesting. I have over 40,000 coins on farmville. You may find this interesting in helping you with making money on Farmville: http://www.gameolosophy.com/games/online/farmville-seed-profitability

I do both, but mostly Farm Town. I have a HUGE farm at Farm Town right now. I have bought a larger farm 3 times now. I think Farmville is ok, but not nearly as much fun as Farm Town.

Hi. I used to play Farmtown, but there for a while, it slowed my computer down to an absolute crawl and there were tons of issues with the game so I uninstalled it. I tried Farmville, and love it. The very first time I tried Farmville, it was so close to Farmtown until I had to check and make sure I didn't go back to Farmtown. With the animals on Farmville, you can "harvest" those too, for example..collect eggs from chickens, milk from cows, wool from sheep, etc. I leveled up on Farmville rather quickly, but on Farmtown I got to a certain point and it seemed to slow down.

I can't earn coins as fast on farmville which is why I play farmtown more. Didn't know that about the animals. Thanks for the tip.

I would admit I'm a Farmtown addict. I tried Farmville once, but it's more of a poor copy of Farm town so I left it. Farm town is more real and fun.

FARM TOWN!! though i have them both. Its just, i found farm town more user friendly, i dont know, but i have a hard time navigating the farm ville. And it loads so slow. Unlike farm town, i go lavida loca in it! By the way, i just reached level 25. My farm size is 16x16, and no plans for expansion yet. I have this thought that bigger farm needs so much work. Im planning to buy a mansion, i have to work more for it. So if any one needs some hand, I'm a hard working farmer. I can harvest and plow very fast. You'll never regret my services, so HIRE ME! hehehe lol ;p
