Earning homebased/online makes one sloppy?

Being able to make income online or home based is great. However, as there is no longer a need to go out of the house, do people still dress up and groom everyday, early in the morning like those rushing to work in the offices, etc.? Or do you think they will have unkempt hair, sloppy clothes, unshaven or no make up, etc., etc.? How do you let yourself look daily(usual)?
