There is someone in mylot post a discussion and you know that discussion have been post before by someone else. Would you give a response to this? How if this fellow need some help about something? Or a newbies here? Would you give a response to a discussion that you are 80% sure will be deleted by mylot admin?

Hi akuler, when I first joined I answered a coffee question, it was only later I realised practically the same question came up every day so never bothered again. I had one of my discussions copied about 3 days after mine and just had a quick look but none of my friends had bothered to answer the same question for a second time, probably knowing it would be deleted. I don't bother to post on something I have a feeling will be deleted.

Hi thea09,
I found out that most newbies prefer to ask question once they came here. I always try to give an encouragement to this newbies by reply their discussion. But sometimes they only ask a silly question and no worth to give an answer (from my point of view). After a few day facing this problem, I stop looking at new user tab.

It's quiet hard to know the discussion already been post before or not.. what if there's same discussion 1 years ago? I'm a newbie here and it's take a long time to check all the discussion that had been started in one interest.. there's thousands of them! furthermore, maybe the person just need some help and immediately ask using mylot without checking.. so as long as the time not really close to the same discussion, I'll response..

Hi ChrysanTflower,
There is no problem is you are asking the same question with last year question since we might have some new conditions or situation here and there. But, I found one new question yesterday that have been post just last week or last two weeks by someone else. I really don't know what is his/her motive by doing so. And this is no a looking for help question. Is is like what do you prefer rice or bread?
