are you really asking this question or are you just trying to start as many discussions as possible?
If you were serious about a fashion career . I do not believe that you would have to ask such a rudimentary question.
Please this lot is a great place . .no need to flush it out with questions just for the sake of asking.....
think before you ask . is this a discussion worth merit?

well i really want to do my career in fashion ..as i design one dress for mu cousin sister ,she was very happy to see the outfit and so some person in my home and relatives they suggest me to move in this fashion designing .so i post the discussion .

it will really depend on what aspect of fashion would you like to go.if you'd like to design clothes,you can study fashion designing.if you'd like to be a buyer of brands,you can go for fashion merchandising.if you want to be stylist,you can be an intern in a fashion house and learn from there.as long as you really want to be in fashion,there are many ways to get your foot in the door.
