earning from workfromhomehq.com declining every day

Had anyone ever do a job for workfromhomehq.com there? They pay you to post ads on craigslist.org, and backpage.com, those free classified ads website. They paid $0.15 per ads, if and only if the ads is approved by craigslist.org. If not, you won't get paid. On the beginning, I had pretty good earnings. Because most of the ads I posted are got approved. Now, I am working toward the payout amount, my earning start to decline. Today, I tried to post 20 some ads again. Guess what, only 2 ads got approved. The rest of them are declined. Had anyone experience the same?
