Well I have a few questions for all those people out there who can figure this kind of stuff out. I can't install The Sims 3 on the computer. We took it back, and had to exchange it, and now am trying to figure out if it was just the disk which is what the woman suggested at wal*mart. What am I doing wrong? It's not coming up, I try to run setup.exe and it's not coming up. It says it's on the D drive, well can anyone help us with this? We're not too concerned with it other then we'll have to find someone to buy it off of us if we can't play it.

Hi, take it to a reputable computer shop, get them to try install it. Sometimes it's the problem with settings in the PC. Sims 3 require quite a high-end PC, so if your doesn't meet the requirement, it might not work, which means either you upgrade your computer, or you've to sell the game. An alternative is to check out Sim's official website, read the forums or get in touch with tech support. This is the best I could offer. Hope it kinda helps a bit.

I guess I will dig deeper into the sims 3 site, and if that doesn't help will probably have to sell it. My fiance has a cousin who's great with computers, my uncle's great too, but well, in any case, I appreciate your advice.
