Or is just because that i saw that we must be more descriptive in our discussions?
All time i want to make people to understand what i want to say, or what i want to ask. Is just because i need more words as others who know English language very good, and need just few words?
In real, in my mother tongue, i don t like to talk to much, just i use what words i need, and must to say.
But here, i use 2 maybe 2 times more words, just because i am not sure that people understand what i want to say.
This happened with you too?
I apreciate a lot short answers too, and i know just in one second that people use few words just because English is theirs mother tongue.
I am just courious, is a disavantage for me? Because people don t like to read to long discussions, they want short, to can read faster and answer faster.
I am right or not?

Hello dear.
Well i don't mind reading a long discussion, but it can become a bit annoying if the vocabulary and grammar are to scrambled. I am not judging or anything but you seam to have an average English skill, you know what you want to say, and you manage to get the message out, so even if you make some mistakes, i had no problems in understanding what you wanted to say so far.
Being a Romanian as well, i can understand how foreign languages can be a problem, as we were Born with a native language that others don't speak, but we learn as we can other internationally used languages and try to compensate.
I liked what danish said: about her romanian skill being much worse then your english, that is so true :)

Personally I have found myLot to be a Great place to talk and share things. There are I am sure a lot more than you who share things that might be going on in their mind and Heart a lot more than what they do in person. For me, this is a great reason to be a member here, especially those of you from the other countries. It helps you to develop your English more and get to talk about things you may be quiet about otherwise as well. I enjoy reading longer discussions and posts back from people from other countries so in turn I can learn from them. Continue to let you be you and Great things will happen.

it is what the discussion is about where it could be short or long it needs to be at least 3 lines long

the best way to make people understand (in any language) is to use simple words and be direct to the point. flowery adjectives no matter how nice they are said would probably just worsen the situation especially if the one reading is not using the language very often. cheers ice. ann

Your English is better than my Romanian. I can't speak or understand your language at all, so you are doing better in my language, than i am able to do in yours. Of course there is still a way to go with the English language, but as you read more on here, and write more on here, always having the chance to practive, your English will get better every single day. You are doing an amazing thing, getting on line, and communicating in another language. That is a real sign of intellegence.

But being in here ive learned some new words and expressions that was not common in my daily English. So in some way mylot is educative.
