Could vampires be the R E A L thing by chance?

Im very torn between the thought of these vampires. Im aware of vampire bats but actual blood sucking vampires? Ive done a recent study and there were interviews done with "don the vamp" on the tyra and jerry springer show but could we be living in a world with them seriously? It is kind of scary but maybe we have the wrong view on these creatures or people. What would you consider them? Would their "donor" be voluntary or unvoluntary? I have so many questions. What do you think?
