We call it sinampalukang manok.It is sour but great when hot.It is good during rainy days with lots of rice

hello mimiang! i like this 'sinampalukang manok' specially if it has a bit chili flavor. i remember my land lady before, she cooks a really great sinampalukang manok and i really love eating it together with other boarders...
