Hello fellow lotters!!! If you like to quit smoking, here are some valuable tips to keep you away from the dangers of smoking. If you feel the urge to smoke. Do
not make any effort to locate your cigar or cigarette sticks, but convert your memory to any kinds of chores. Then, try to secure a toothbrush with toothpaste so that you can eventually brush your teeth. Please do not forget to also brush your tongue, so that your wants to smoke could be lessen. Time,would tell that your urge to smoking is in your mind, your urge is so intense that you already want even just one stick to satisfy your want, but never ever fool your abilities to think that you are in the right track to eliminate your habbit of smoking. You can always have your toothbrush be ready for your routines in brushing. Make this routine every time you can feel the urge to smoke, until one day you would fine yourself not anymore feeling the urge you usually feel during salivating to smoke. This feeling could be achieve after a substantial duration that your urge could just be gone away, like for example one whole month. I just wish your luck of quitting the bad habbit of smoking.Remember this is not a joke chores to make, but it really works in me, so why not try it and see what it brought to your new found chores, and discover the magic it gives to you.

Thank you very much for your response. What you have noticed is just the begining o0f your agony of quitting smoking. As I said in my exposee, that you have to have self sacrifice, determination, and persistence in quitting the habbit of smoking. Patience in the long run has its own goodness that brought to you, because you could feel the freedom of yourself from the toxins of smoking.Good luck my friend.
