What do you do when you are upset?

Some people vent on others, some people eat a lot, some people shop, some people drink and some people go see a shrink... what works for you

I email or call my mom, She always has the best advice and can help me through anything. My husband surprisingly is no help when I am upset. So if neither are around I usually just cry it out if I need to.

hi there well when i am getting upset then i usually to sit and think about my problem ..if i get nay solution to come out of it then i feel happy other wise i also start crying.i try to think about my good memories so i can relief from my problem . thanks .God bless you

I usually try to solve whatever it is right away. I hate to have any issues, so I always want to resolve them asap.

When I really upset, I would like to be alone usually. I want to lock myself in my own room, and tell no one bother me at the moment. I won't answer any phone calls. I just shut it off. I might think about everything over again, and I might exercise a little. Then if I am tired, I would take a nap.

when i am upset i listen to the music or play games on computer...bcoz that helps me to forget why i upset....

Hello Meena. Yes, one can get upset about different things, at home, at work, with friends, and so on. If at home, my favorite way is to listen to music and try to get rid of the things that are bothering my mind. For me, listening to classical music works very well. If at work, I just steal a few minutes to do "Yoga" meditation. I find that very effective.
