Do the umpires want England to win the Ashes?

There were three decissions against Australia on day four of this test, that were clearly 'not out' but were given out. The umpires refused Ponting's request to go to the third umpire. Australia deserve to win, but still have a real tough battle. I can't understand why these umpires wouldn't use the technology, when it's available. They should'nt get to umpire another test.

Yeh there were some really bad decisions in this test match. Thy umpires were not really consistent with their use of technology. But I am sure they are not favouring England. They would not give a decision without being 100% sure. Its only one bad game that they have had. Umpiring decision often even up at the end of the day. Australia have had their share of luck before. Even Ponting said there no point talking about it now.

Hey Mac, I agree, but why didn't they have to say why they didn't use the technology. I umpired under sixteen cricket, and even at that lavel it was difficult, and the kids certainly pressured you to give batsmen out. But, as in tennis, players have a kimited number of decisions they can challange, and Ponting did challenge, but was denied. That's what I'm dissappointed about. Thanks for responding.
