Stress can lead to a lot of other issues with your body. You may have trouble sleeping, gain or lose weight, get ulcers, have your hair turn gray, or many other things. Have you had any of this happen to you? Was it during a particularly stressful time or does it just happen?

Whenever a member of the family is ill, I will be in stress more than the patient. While accompanying him to hospital, cooking proper meals, attending to him at the bed, I literally feel the sour in my stomache, no appetite for eating, suffocating for lack of air, dizzy to fall asleep, etc. When the patient is well, I will fall ill immediately.
I am lucky these are only rare occations. For most of the time, everything is well in the family and with me as well.

Stress could lead to a lot of factors: emotional, mental, physial, hormonal. I had some experiences before. I had trouble sleeping and I was not well-rested. I tried everything to combat my problems, but ended up nothing. I told my friend about my problem and she told me to control my emotions, and live a healthy life. I know it was hard but I did. And now I could sleep well without the help of any medical suppliments.

I had a rather traumatic and stressful time in my life and came out of it just last year. During the time I was stressed I had a whole lot of issues. Weight loss was the biggest. I lost about 7kgs in 3 months, without any workout.I just had problem eating food. I also lost hair, which luckily has gotten thicker again now( Yay!!).
I had sleep deprivation too.

Well true, emotional disturbances, disorders, sleeping problems, even its causes to look aged with hairs fading out and shoot blood pressures and no peace of mind.
