A good news has been brought by the doctors of Royal London Hospital for the patients who are suffering from Metabolic Acidosis like kidney disease. They said baking powder(sodium bicarbonate)can limit the complication kidney problem.The doctors of Royal London Hospital recently made test on 134 patients whose condition of kidney were deteriorating.Doctors gave them every day certain doze of baking powder tablets.After one year it was found other than these 134 patients the condition of other kidney patients detoriorated much more.The chief of the study group Professor Magdi Jacob said, baking powder can't cure the patients fully. But can prevent complication.
