Favorite album?

Their first album, Kill'Em All, will always be my favorite. It was rough and edgy.

S&M, I love the way they worked in the San Francisco symphony into their music. Take for instance No Leaf Clover. The album joins two of my favorite forms of music. I like classical music, but I also like Metallica. Boom you got S&M.

I would have to say the black album,it is the only one I can sit and listen to the whole thing straight through

The black album was the first album I ever bought, and were the first songs I ever heard from Metallica. I dont think I can call any one album my favorite since each has something I really like. Almost every song on black album is off the charts for me. Then you have sanitarium, one, master of puppets and on and on. I havn't listened to metallica in years though, I kind of grew out of them. I saw them in concert in Fort Worth though in 1996 I think.

And Justice For All

My favorite is definitely Master of Puppets. From start to finish that album kills. The last album with Cliff... I love every Metallica CD except St Anger, so I could call any of them my favorite. But, Master of Puppets always gets the most spins from me.

Well, I can't really choose still. I think most of them are balanced, with a bunch of good songs and then again a bunch of fillers. Metallica are that sort of band, that for me, always stays in the middle. They have some classics but they are never mind-blowing worthy in my world. Good to know you're a metalhead anyway :)

My favourite album is the earlier one, kill 'em all. did not listen to metallica again since the dissapointement of St. Anger. I bought the album, I did not knew that there was no guitar solos inside.

Black album is the best..

Master of Puppets is my favorite Metallica album. I could listen to that album all day long. From what is outside the cover to what is inside.
