Inferiority Complex

I have seen many people with inferiority complex, the fact is they feel they are below others by skill, talent, thoughts, status, wealth. I don't like to mingle with those who are inferior as well as superior. I usually make myself as simple as with people so as to make them feel normal, I don't do this for superior complex people because they boast too much. How do you deal with these two kind of people?

some of my friends having this inferiority complex . they always talking about their talents and kidding me . i deal that kind of person is simply hear that and leave in air

hm Ajith, I think I did not get your point. You said your friends have such complex, they make fun of you, you leave it in the air, can you explain it a bit more briefly.

yes sure i will explain . my college classmates have this inferiority complex . compare me to them and kidding me always .
