Have you tried Nivea's new My Solhouette lotion? It's supposed to help tighten the skin on your body and get rid of cellulite. I've heard it's not very effective. :o

Why don't you try a coffee body scrub? According to Chris & Chat, caffeine increases the blood flow in cellulite areas and helps with their breakdown. You don't have to go to a Spa, you can try it out for yourself. There is a Coffee Body Scrub homemade recipe available in http://SpaAndFacialCareCenter.blogspot.com

I am planning to buy this kind of lotion for Nivea too but it's very expensive. Now I am thinking twice to buy since some people say it is not really effective. Actually, I plan to just do exercise to reduce cellulite and eat foods rich in glutathione, beta carotene and Vitamins E and A like avocado, carrots, squash and grapes.

I gave up buying lotions and creams to get rid of cellulite. I have also heard that creams, lotions, pills don't work. I have seen good results from drinking lots of water and eating healthier. I wish it were as easy as smoothing cream or drinking a pill (:

I have gone and bought this lotion to give it a try. It feels good when you put it on but I think the thing with cellulite lotions is that they work by the massaging that you put into the application rather than the treatment itself by plumping the skin to reduce the appearance. I think that the only effective way to get rid of cellulite is through exercise and healthy eating.

I have not. I do not usually use lotion for my body. Although there are times that I would use a lotion but most of it are sunblock lotions. I usually use it when I have outdoor activities. I guess each one of us have certain types of lotions that are suited for the skin. It would be worthwhile to consult a dermatologist on the right kind of lotion for you. Sometimes using the wrong lotion may produce problems. Best to you and hope you will find what is effective for you.

A friend of mine told me about this and swore that it worked for her. I have gone through 4 tubes of it with no difference at all. I am not wasting any more money! I guess it's back to drinking lots of water, eating good foods and exercising!
