hi guys, good morning everyone. Today i am going to share one of my personal matters with you guys and you guys plz plz help me out. "I am about to be graduated in computer system engineering on june 2009 inshallah. The problem i have is that i want to do my MS from a foreign university ( like uk,usa, sweden, germany or any other good unniversity) but my parents cant bear the expenses of a foreign university so i have to look for a scholarship somewhere but the serious problem is that my cgpa(overall score after my graduation) is about 2.3(out of 4.00) while most of the universities demand a cgpa of about 3.00 out 4.00 so i am worried that i wont be able to get an addmission somewhere. if you think i should do a job after graduation then there are already job problems in pakistan and then when i have such a poor gpa, it is looking impossible for me to find a good job. Although i am studying in one of my countries best engineering instituets and my parents and other people in my village think that ofter graduating from this institute i will get a great job but they dont know anything about the gpa. There is a rumour in everybodys mind that the one graduating from here finds a job anywhere but i dont think it is possible without a good gpa and it is very hard for me to understand the people here. so this is my problem. Now you guys tell me what should i do in these circumstances. i become completely senseless whenever i thik of this trouble. plz plz plz help me yar.

first i think you should not be worried about the job that u can't find in Pakistan. I think if u believe in yourself and Almighty Allah then nothing remains impossible,as far as scholarship is concerned u should apply in your own university or Govt. scholarships programs.

Don't sell yourself so short! While having a higher GPA is best, many good students don't have a high GPA but still manage to get a good job. Companies will want to make sure that you can do the job for them so you will have to "sell yourself" in an interview by pointing out your good points and not dwell on the GPA part. As for getting your MS in a different university, maybe you could do some of that school work online first, while working somewhere and then going to the school. Whatever you do, think positive about yourself. Graduating with your degree is not an easy task

my kind advice is you better find jobs in your country itself because think about your parents .
