Have you ever play bowling before? Are you good at it?

Be honest, I am suck at bowling.
My hands are too small for the bowling balls, so they can not fit at all.
It is very difficult for me to throw the balls correctly.
Can someone show me, and tell me about bowling history.

I too suck at bowling. I can grip the ball just fine its just I cant get rhythm to throw it right. I guess it takes a lot of practice to get used to it. Maybe study people who play it a lot and see how they move their bodies. As for the history of it I dont really know the history of it. But Im sure bowling has been around for a long time.
