Active or not?

I make about 20 posts daily.Can I consider myself active here? Or should I post more? My fellow Mylotters, how many posts do you do daily? How many posts a day should someone have to consider him active in this site?

hi since i'm new like you, i don't have much of a say regarding your question. however, if i were to base my answer solely on my opinion i think you are pretty active. 20 posts a day? i can't even imagine myself doing that. the most that i can do is like 10-15 posts. and i consider myself pretty active. :-) you have a high reputation too so you must be doing something good. keep it up!

Pretty active? Thanks for that.. I joined this site 6 or 7 days ago and my target post daily is 20. I just hope I can meet that goal everyday. Make more posts and ear more dollars!

your welcome! it's good that you have a goal. it's always good to have a target so that you can check later on if indeed you have achieved your goals. in my case i set daily goals. in days when i'm bored i would target like 10-15 posts. in good days when i've got nothing else better to do i go for 20-30. although i must that having money here is not a bad motivation but mylot has become more of an obsession for me rather than an income generating site. my day is not complete without mylot.

Wow, 20 posts is really good. This means you make 600 posts every month, that is super cool and you are super active. Well I make only 5-6 posts daily, still I think I am active. You are active as soon as you open mylot and login to your account, the number of posts does not affect your activity. Keep posting and earn dollars!!

Thanks for that! And yes, 600 a month. I never expected I could earn as much posts as that with just having a goal of 20 posts daily. I think I could have a higher target goal posts.

Thanks for that response. I really don't consider myself active if I post 20 a day but with your opinion as well as the others, I think I should change what I've thought of in the first place. Enjoy the vacation you're into. Hope to see you more here in My Lot!

I haven't been here for that long, but 20 posts a day seems active to me. I started out a little higher than that, but lately haven't even been making it onto mylot every day because I've just been so busy. I'd like to be more active, and I think that 20 posts a day is a reasonable goal. I definitely think you should consider yourself active!

I'm also new here and haven't been here that long. If I'm not mistaken I joined this site 6 or seven days ago. 20 posts a day is my goal and that includes both response and making a new discussion. Happy Mylotting!

Are you counting the answers to other posts in your 20? Because I couldn´t posibly start 20 discussions every day.
I heard that activity means also to comment on the answers you recieve, to rate them and to resolve which is best after some time.

What I mean with that 20 post is all the posts I do daily and that includes making a new discussion and responding to other discussions as well. Yes. It counts to comment on the responses other Mylotters posted on your discussion.

I target 50 posts a day but that is so difficult to achieve, unless I am doing this full time. You are doing great. Keep it up and keep on posting new discussions. Happy myLotting.

It's nice knowing your goal is 50 posts a day. I hope I could have that goal too. Yeah. It's really difficult to meet that goal if you aren't doing it full time. But still, possibilities could happen. You could meet that goal if you will have more spare time. Thanks for your response and Happy Mylotting!

Being active does not mean starting discussions. Indeed if you ONLY start discussions you will not be earning very well at all.
Being active means participating with other users and commenting back on the responses they give you on your discussions and responding on others.
I never count how many posts I make in any day. I start maybe 3-4 discussions in a month but I comment on all of them and respond on many others. Sometimes I spend the whole day just commenting backwards and forwards with ffiends on just a couple of discussions only. I am active but it only causes my earnings to increase and not the number beside my name. That's fine by me.

There are no such conditions from my part. When ever I notice a good discussion, I offer my comment on that. I normally ignore worthless discussions. This may affect my earnings in mylot.

ACTIVE? I think you are very active. My norm is maybe 10 posts whenever I login, which isn´t every day since I have a job and don´t always have time. As long as you post a few responses every couple of days I would consider you an active member. Mylot terms of service require that you login and post within a 90 day period.

hm.. that looks fine.. I don't think post 20 a day.. But people who post 20 post a day are less around here.. (considering the number of active members the other community websites have)
Mylot does have a lot more to achieve to be the best.. lets work together to bring mylot to glory!
