I've seen some payment proofs of people earning with this HYIP meaning High Yield Investment Program but other reviews says these types of online money making usually end up as a scam. Anyone?

Sorry, which HYIP? There are a lot of them and some are more sustainable than others but there is always a risk.
I invested once $10 in a private program, i.e. I have no right to promote it publicly. It paid me once - I cashed out the minimum, $5, as soon as possible. Then I requested the other $5, in May... and I'm still waiting for it.
If you are really interested in investing, add me as friend. I know a family owned and operated manual traffic exchange/revenue share program which has been online about a year already. It pays every week like a clockwork, and it never missed a payout. I've been there since March, and I'm very, very satisfied with results.

I dabbled in HYIPs when I first started looking at making money online. They are all either scams or will turn to scams. You see they are all ponzie schemes which means they use the money from new investors to pay older investors. Sooner or later the well runs dry and no one gets paid. Take it from me if you don't have money to lose steer clear of HYIPs.
