do you sit straight in front of the computer?

I was wondering do you care about your posture whenever you're in front of the computer? Do you sit straight or slouch? Ever since I use the computer I never thought of my posture and I tend to slouch a lot which cause me to have a line in my belly, which I can never get rid off. However, I'm trying my best to sit straight whenever I'm in the front of the computer :D

I sit up straight when I type because it's most comfortable for me. But if I'm not typing and just reading what is on the computer screen, I lean forward and slouch! At least that's when I'm on my desktop! If I'm using my laptop, I'm usually sitting up straight on the couch. But if it's late at night and I'm tired, I will lie on my back on the couch or bed and put my laptop on my stomach!

Just the same with me trikiwoo. Plus one more, sometimes I lie on my stomach also. It gives me back pain after some times and then I rotate the positions again.

I tend to lie on my stomach too at night whenever I use my laptop so it won't create more lines in my belly =P But, I don't rotate position, ha-ha no wonder I get back aches in the morning...thanks for that! :D

ive been slouching more and more these days. i feel lazy whenever i sit on the computer. i want to try and fix my posture, but its very difficult without someone reminding u all the time.

I agree, I tend to forget about it too but I'd probably post a sign in front of me stating "to sit straight".

I sit in a comfortable chair when I am on the computer. I usually have my legs up on a coffee table and it makes me very relaxed. I'm sure that I am not sitting up straight. I think that would be uncomfortable for hours on end. It does not feel very comfortable. That is really long time to sit on the computer I am often on there for hours.

I try to sit straight to computer.If i don't sit straight, i will pain my back really.I agree with you everyboy should sit sraight in front of their computer.
