In the recent lawsuit against dish - network malpractice of its satellite TV service to its customers. This once giant company has to pay out million of dollars to compensate customers' complaints. After this incident, we might all have bad impression of dish - network, and its way of service practice. Would you consider continue to use dish - network service? Or would you cancel your service agreement them as soon as possible?
How dish - network gonna recover its reputation after this incident?

I read about the suit too. Gee, I've had Dish for about 5 years, and never had one bit of trouble with customer service, the dish, or anything else. Prior to that I had Hughs, and every time it stormed, rain or snow, or even got cloudy, I'd lose signal. I don't have any sort of problems like that with Dish though. I'm planning on staying with Dish, especially since I've had no problems at all. I hope the company recovers from all the bad press, and they learn from their past mistakes, and they continue. I'm happy with Dish...the other one was nothing but a headache constantly!

I hated dish network. The person that sold me kept telling me to set it up myself and never gave me any help. After weeks of messing with that service and trying to be a satellite tv installer. I called another place and they set it up for me. I will never go back to dish network for their lack of customer service.

When I had dish network, it hardly ever work and the customer support sucked big time! I would NOT use their service again.
