Finally, an English teacher in China contacted Harvard and verified there is no such thing. The author, Danny Fung, of "Allocutions...", one of the "best seller in China" , finally admitted it was all fabricated. He claimed it was an inspiration. However, his book came out in 2008, but this nonsense has been in circulation since before 2007.
