Nothing is constant in this world except changes. As human as we are we tend to be at mess when some changes in our life occur. Sometimes it's hard to accept because we are not ready to deal with it. When things changed i just tell myself that i do not have to cling in the situation that had happened. I still have time to clear up things and move on.

Yes, nothing is constant in this world, in this life.
Normally we refuse to accept the changes, that's makes
us weary and stressful. Learn to accept changes
in life, do your level best to make the best out of
the changes, the situation. The book "Who moves my
cheese" talk about changes in life. Some optimistic
person will adapt fast to the changes and move on,
they will find themselves with new opportunities and
the have self development too. Those who cannot accept
those changes will look at it as a blockage... therefore
adaptation and move forward will make you survive. Survival
of the fittest! Happy myLotting!

It is a wonderful book by Dr Spencer Johnson, we should be like the character of sniff and scurry who adapted changes quickly and found new cheese, this book is just a simple parable that reveals profound truth but it is very enlightening that it could change your life in an instant.
Mylotters, i encourage you to take a sneak peak of this book, believe me it will change you.

Life is just like texas hold'em (yes, poker) you MUST do your best with what you've got.Otherwise, you will lose. I just keep on reminding myself that I must do my best with what I've got or what's handed to me. Certain things I just can't control. For the things that I can control - what can I do to make the situation better?
Change is inevitable - happens to everyone.
