solar eclipse ..this photo is taken by myself

Due to rain, the total solar eclipse was not seen as expected in shanghai, except the about five minutes total darkness beginning from 9:40 a.m. That was inspiring enough for me. River and road traffic was well maintained, and business continued. Thanks for the series telecast organized by the local TV stations, we received a simultaneous live cast from india, tibet, chongqing, anji, zhoushan and japan. Anji was fortunate to see the whole process. The best weather condition was in japan. From a ferry in japan, perfect total eclipse was seen, and the oil painting like view of the horizon. Fans come from all of the world, some with families, some with partners, some with children. It must be ever lasting moment when indulged in the natural wonder of darkness. A boy did made a proposal on the spot, what a scene! I enjoy your photo, thanks for sharing.

It looks quite nice though.. I thought it would be complete darkness, but then there's still some light after all.. hehe ^_^ Well, be it a nice photo or not, it only happens once in a century and thus it's good enough to have something to keep for memory ^_^ PLus, it's not easy to be able to capture such a shot because the sun is so high up in the sky, and getting a photo shoot like yours, is already quite good ^_^
