CAn the cleveland cavaliers won the title this coming season? They have acquired Shaq who's goal is to "win a ring for the king". They have also acquired a great shooter and defender in anthony parker and now, the will likely sign Jamario Moon to add depth to their benches. Other teams like Orlando, Lakers, and Spurs made a move to improve, so will this be the year of Lebron?

I doubt it. Just because they added Shaq to the squard doesn't mean they're gonna be able to do it. Even though they both mesh together fairly well. I mean it could happen but I high doubt it because the league is getting so much more competitive and I just don't think Shaq is enough. Look at all the teams in the east that are getting better, especially the Magic with the addition to Vince. Once the Celtics are healthy its gonna be tough. My favorite the Lakers aren't anywhere and are more likely to repeat. But as you may know this is a league of the healthy. The team thats most healthy and of coarse has the better team will win. In the end we really don't know until we see The Cav's clash against the top teams in the NBA

The Magics have retooled their lineup but rafer alston and coutney lee played great against the cavs during the eastern conference finals. I believe that the celtics can beat the magic in a playoff series now that sheed is on boston because he can defend DH12 well. The Lakers? They will be tougher.

I dont think he will get his ring this season. I dont even know if the trade for Shaq was a good one, he can not keep up with the speed of Dwight Howard or Kevin Garnett and Rasheed Wallace. They still need to get bette , I dont think Lebron has a really good role player, and Shaq's best days are behind him. They will do well and eventually fall short to either Boston or Orlando.
