Anger is a very dangerous one.One must control anger as far as possible. We cannot make it control all over but we should make it at least up to optimum level.Controlling anger is somewhat hard.First thing is you need to understand yourself. You analyze why get anger, what is the root cause of it and in what situations you get it. Try avoiding those situations.A great support you can get from yourself is through meditation.Do meditation and it helps you to be in control of you and in you.Good Luck.

Meditation is a great aid to control five organs. There are five categorized important organs in human being and controlling these five parts make you more ability to solve any problems and enlighten us.Controlling senses is an important task. For that we need an aid and controlling senses make the control of the feelings. Meditation is the only easiest way to do this. What you do need is to take a deep breathe.Inhale slowly and steadily hold it for few seconds and exhale the air slowly and steadily.Do this until you feel relaxed. Now your heart beats slowly and you will feel a change. After achieving this status close your eyes in a calm place with no disturbances even a sound.Close your eyes.Think nothing i say completely nothing. It is not possible at first. But try harder.Sit idle and there will be a lot of internal disturbances even though there is no external disturbances.Concentration is the most important thing you need. Concentrate in one point.Do not care about anything, your position, fan, wind, people around you, do not bother about anything.Sit idle.If you have faith in god, worship god, but dont ask for anything because it is also a disturbance. So Think about god only.Forget the past, forget future, forget yourself.Concentrate on the meditation only.Converging everything and focusing is meditation.Sit like this for few minutes.Increase the time day by day.Whenever you feel angry , take a deep breathe, stay calm. The idleness from meditation will give you this ability to control anger. You will feel the difference after you perform meditation.A man can shake the world easily, but being idle without sensing anything is not an easy job.If you succeed in this you can control yourself.Self control is the best control. So keep in mind that meditation is not just sitting and closing your eyes.It is focusing on one point and concentrating with no sensing. Feel free if you want more.Good Luck !!!

Each person will have different ways to control temper. I certainly agree that meditation is a very good way to control the mind and temper. I have been practising "Yoga" meditation for some time now, and I find it to be a very effective way to control the mind. It is also very good for mental and physical health.

It is not a nice thing to be always irritated. One can learn to control one's emotions especially the negative ones. Today, I remembered to be thankful that I am able to do the things that I am doing now. I have internet even if I have no money. I feel good thinking of the positive things in my life.
