Green Tea Weight loss and Green Tea Diets do indeed work. I am on one at the moment and yes, it only works as part of a complete routine.... so no drinking ONLY Green Tea this is a very bad idea! But it does work. I'm doing very little different from my normal routine and have lost about 2KG so far :-) I started after reading this article: Juliaichka :-)

Regardless if it does or does not. It is high in antioxidants and recommended, by traditional doctors as well. I would say helping your body in any way, will help you to achieve your goals whatever they may be.
